Thank you for shopping with HolloEdge Apparel! Because all our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand production, shipping times and processes may differ from traditional retail. Please review the details below.


Order Processing Time

  • All items are made especially for you once your order is placed.

  • Standard production time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.

  • During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times & Methods

After production is complete, orders ship using our trusted carrier network. Typical delivery windows are:

Currently products are only offered and sold in Canada (CA) and United States (US)

Available shipping to Canada and US only

  • Domestic Shipping (within Canada): 3–14 business day

  • International Shipping to US: 7–21 business days 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Quantity

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Some promotions may include free shipping, which will be clearly stated if available.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).

  • Tracking availability may vary for some international destinations.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid upon delivery.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

  • We are not liable for lost packages caused by incorrect address entry.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package seems delayed or lost:

  • First verify tracking information and contact the carrier.

  • If you need further assistance after contacting the carrier, reach out to us at holloedgesupport@shaw.ca.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within  3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement.


Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Because items may ship from different production facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Each package will have its own tracking information (if available).
